This class works on proper fighting stance and punch technique all while you’re getting the cardio and strength-training workout we are infamous for.

Our Train Like a Fighter class brings you the ultimate core fitness workout. Cardio, strength training, and of course plenty of boxing. You will fall in love with this workout … we promise.​

The class designed to help increase strength and stamina. We incorporate free weights and conditioning activities to promote improvement in power, endurance, balance, agility and speed.​
