I did the TMX Nutrition program and was coached by Sarah. I am a longtime distance runner who has no problem getting to the gym, but my eating habits needed much work. For years I have lived on mostly low-fat high sugar carbs like bread, cereal, pizza, and other things that don't seem terrible but don't really fill you up. Most of the time, my body tolerated that. But after having 2 kids in 2 years, and high blood pressure and high blood sugar with both pregnancies, I realized I would be much healthier if I made some changes but I never thought I could do it. I hate meal prepping, food shopping, and everything that goes along with it.
